- To be eligible for a return, the picky pad must be unused, unpicked, and undamaged.
- Products that show signs of use, picking, pulling, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized picky pads are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Clearance or discounted items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial of your return.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received.
