At Picky Pads by Britt, each picky pad is handmade with care and attention to detail. Please review the following return policy before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• To be eligible for a return, the picky pad must be unused, unpicked, and undamaged.

• Products that show signs of use, picking, pulling, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized picky pads are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

• Clearance or discounted items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial of your return.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

• Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

• Custom or made-to-order picky pads may require additional processing time.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method

• Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

• Picky Pads by Britt does not cover shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or your chosen contact method.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Carrier Issues

• Picky Pads by Britt is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

• Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

• If a package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist with the claim process if needed.
