At Picky Pads by Britt, each picky pad is handmade with care and intention. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the picky pad must be unused, unpicked, and undamaged.

  • Products that show signs of use, picking, pulling, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized picky pads are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Clearance or discounted items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or denial.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.​

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

  • Picky Pads by Britt does not cover shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Delays & Carrier Issues

  • Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are outside our control.
