This Tony Award-winning play by Horton Foote tells the poignant story of Carrie Watts, an elderly Southern woman yearning to return to her hometown of Bountiful, Texas. The production stars Kim Zimmer, a four-time Daytime Emmy award-winning actor renowned for her role as Reva Shayne on “Guiding Light.” Theatre Raleigh is committed to accessibility, offering this interpreted performance to ensure inclusivity for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
