The Knoxville Center of the Deaf will host TennDEAFestival 2026, a large-scale celebration of Deaf culture, creativity, innovation, and community. Deaf-owned businesses, artists, creators, service organizations, and vendors from across the United States will showcase art, apparel, technology, food, and resources that uplift Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities. This family-friendly Knoxville Deaf festival offers opportunities to shop, connect, and celebrate American Sign Language and Deaf talent.
