STEAM Camp for Deaf Kids

The Sign Language Academy of Cape Fear invites Deaf children to an exciting STEAM Camp filled with hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, and creative activities. Designed specifically for Deaf youth, this interactive camp combines science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) with opportunities to build friendships, explore nature, and develop problem-solving skills in a fully accessible and engaging environment.
Camp activities include creating nature sculptures, launching paper airplanes, exploring the outdoors on a nature walk, and enjoying additional interactive experiences throughout the day. Lunch is provided, making this a fun, educational, and worry-free summer event for families.
