Language First Night Out – Knoxville, TN

Language First Night Out is a vibrant Deaf community event in Knoxville, Tennessee, hosted by the Knoxville Center of the Deaf. This ASL social and networking event brings together Deaf community members, American Sign Language users, interpreters, ASL students, and allies for an evening of connection, celebration, and community engagement. Held at Xul Beer Company in downtown Knoxville, this Deaf-friendly event encourages attendees to network, reconnect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy a welcoming ASL environment.

The evening will feature music by Deaf DJ, DJ2Def, creating an accessible and engaging atmosphere for the local Deaf community and supporters of American Sign Language. Guests can also purchase food from an on-site food truck. As part of this Knoxville Deaf event, 20% of orders will be given back to support the Knoxville Center of the Deaf when attendees mention #KnoxvilleCenteroftheDeaf.
