Enjoy a morning on the water with the Deaf Women of Wilmington Paddle Boarding Meetup, a fun and welcoming outdoor event designed to bring together members of the Deaf community for recreation, conversation, and connection. Hosted at Wrightsville Beach SUP, this paddle boarding event is open to Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, Late-Deafened individuals, ASL students, and interpreters looking to enjoy an active morning while building new friendships.

Participants will paddle together along the beautiful waters of Wrightsville Beach before gathering for an optional brunch afterward. Whether you're an experienced paddle boarder or trying the activity for the first time, this event offers a relaxed and supportive environment to enjoy the outdoors while communicating in American Sign Language (ASL) and connecting with the local Deaf community.

Paddle board rentals are available for $35, and attendees are encouraged to RSVP by Friday, August 28.
