Creatively CODA Community Day – Rocky Mount, NC
Creatively CODA invites the community to its inaugural Community Day, a free celebration honoring Deaf culture, CODA identity, and communication access for all. This inclusive event brings together Deaf individuals, CODAs, Hard of Hearing community members, ASL users, interpreters, families, artists, and allies for a day filled with connection, creativity, and cultural pride. Attendees will also experience the premiere of Creatively CODA’s ASL Studio and creative hub.
The event features local vendors and food trucks, live music and a DJ, guest speakers, performances, raffles, family activities, a sensory-friendly zone, and ASL interpreters throughout the entire program to ensure full accessibility. Registration is encouraged due to limited space.
