BridgesTN hosts a cooking demonstration with Charslyn Guilyot from the Extension Davidson County Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program. Participants can learn how to prepare spinach-stuffed chicken and sample the dish at the end of the session. This Nashville Deaf community cooking event combines food preparation, nutrition education, and community connection.
