Community Conversation: Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing of Davidson County – Lexington, NC

The DSDHH Greensboro Regional Center invites the community to attend a Community Conversation focused on services and accessibility for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals in Davidson County. This Deaf-friendly community meeting provides an opportunity for attendees to share communication barriers and accessibility challenges directly with Division Director Tony Davis and his team.

Topics discussed may include communication access in medical appointments, workplaces, schools, courtrooms, the DMV, and other public settings. The event is designed to encourage open dialogue, community feedback, and advocacy related to Deaf accessibility and equal communication access throughout North Carolina.

American Sign Language interpreters and CART captioning will be available to support accessibility for attendees. Seating is limited, and RSVP is required.
