South Carolina State Museum hosts Accessibility Morning in Columbia, offering a calmer museum experience with American Sign Language interpretation. Deaf and hard of hearing visitors, families, and guests with other disabilities can explore exhibitions and take part in accessible activities. This Deaf-friendly South Carolina museum event includes ASL interpretation for featured activities, sensory-friendly programming, and a quiet sensory room.
