NYCBDA Annual Back-to-School Free Backpack Giveaway: Backpack to Success

The New York City Black Deaf Advocates (NYCBDA) is excited to host its annual Backpack to Success event, a free back-to-school backpack giveaway designed to support Deaf and KODA (Kids of Deaf Adults) students as they prepare for the 2026–2027 school year. Open to children ages 5–15, this family-friendly community event will provide free backpacks while supplies last, lunch for attendees, and an opportunity for families to connect with the local Deaf community before the new school year begins. RSVP is requested.
