Coffee & Convo: A Community Conversation on Disability in Memphis
The Memphis Advisory Council for Citizens with Disabilities (MACCD) invites the community to Coffee & Convo, an open and inclusive conversation about disability, accessibility, and quality of life in Memphis. This event provides a welcoming space for people with disabilities, caregivers, advocates, and allies to share lived experiences, discuss accessibility challenges, and collaborate on solutions that support a more inclusive city.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Share their experiences living with a disability in Memphis
• Engage directly with Council members about concerns and opportunities
• Help shape formal recommendations that will be delivered to the Mayor
• Connect with others in the local disability community
ASL interpreters will be provided, and additional accommodations are available upon request.
