ASL Coffee: At 33 & Elm House invites the Deaf community, Hard of Hearing individuals, ASL learners, interpreters, and allies to gather for a relaxed afternoon of conversation and connection in Greensboro, NC. Hosted by ASL & Coffee Events, this Deaf-friendly event provides a welcoming space to socialize with other ASL signers while enjoying coffee, beverages, and pastries offered by the local café next to Industries of the Blind.
This ASL social meetup is open to all signing levels—from beginners to fluent signers—and offers a meaningful opportunity to practice American Sign Language, meet new people, and engage with the Deaf community in a supportive environment. The gathering promotes community building, language accessibility, and increased awareness of Deaf culture in the Greensboro area.
