Knoxville Center of the Deaf is hosting Dining In the Dark, a unique spaghetti dinner experience in honor of DeafBlind Awareness Month. This immersive community event invites attendees to experience dining in a completely different way by limiting sight and encouraging participants to rely on other senses while connecting with the DeafBlind and Deaf communities.
This Deaf-friendly event is designed to promote awareness, empathy, accessibility, and community connection through a memorable interactive dining experience. Guests will enjoy a spaghetti dinner while learning more about DeafBlind experiences in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
